Regular performance reviews will be conducted to ensure compliance with job requirements.<\/li>\n\t<li>Increment: Annual increments will be done in the month of October and are based on performance, market conditions, and company policies.\n\t<li>Promotion: Promotions are based on performance, years of service, and contribution to the company\u2019s growth.
