At BAHETI GROUP, we offer premium quality Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) or Big Bags, crafted from high-strength polypropylene flexible material. These industrial containers are specifically designed for the safe storage and efficient transportation of dry, flowable products like sand, fertilizer, and plastic granules. Our FIBC bags are available in coated and uncoated variants, with standard dimensions of approximately 110 cm (45–48 inches) in diameter, and customizable heights ranging from 85 cm to 250 cm (33 to 98 inches) to suit diverse industry needs. Whether it's food-grade applications or UN-certified requirements, BAHETI GROUP delivers FIBCs that meet the highest standards of safety and reliability. With a load-carrying capacity ranging from 500 kg to 2000 kg, our FIBC bags are the trusted choice for industries seeking durability and efficiency in bulk material handling.
Type A
FIBC bags are the most basic form, made from standard woven polypropylene fabric. These bags do not offer any protection against static electricity. When dry, flowable materials are filled or discharged from these bags, friction can generate static buildup, which poses a risk in flammable environments. Therefore, Type A bags are suitable only for non-flammable products and should never be used to store or transport combustible or hazardous materials. They are also not recommended in high-temperature or dust-laden environments where static discharge could pose a threat.
Type B
FIBC bags appear similar to Type A in construction but are made with materials that have a lower breakdown voltage, helping to reduce the risk of propagating brush discharges. While they do not dissipate static electricity completely, they can safely be used to store or transport dry, combustible powders in environments where flammable gases or vapors are not present. However, caution must still be exercised to ensure that the exterior of the bag is kept clean and free from any flammable or conductive substances that could potentially cause an external ignition.
Type C
FIBC bags, also known as conductive or groundable bags, are constructed with woven conductive threads that must be properly grounded during filling and discharge operations. These bags are designed to safely dissipate static electricity, making them suitable for the transportation of flammable materials and for use in environments where flammable gases, vapors, or dust are present. However, for Type C bags to function as intended, grounding is essential. If grounding is not maintained or if any part of the bag—such as the conductive threads, lifting loops, or seams—is damaged, the bag may lose its protective capabilities. Regular inspection is crucial to ensure safe use.
BAHETI GROUP has a robust production capacity of up to 800 metric tonnes per month for manufacturing high-quality FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) Bags. With ongoing expansions in infrastructure and technology, the group is strategically scaling up operations to exceed 1,000 metric tonnes per month in the near future. This growth reflects BAHETI GROUP’s commitment to meeting rising global demand and strengthening its presence in international markets.
