Working Hours and Attendance
- Working Hours as per the Branch.
- Attendance: Employees must report on time and maintain consistent attendance. Absences should be communicated in advance.
- Late Arrivals and Early Departures: Repeated occurrences may lead to deductions or disciplinary action.
- Leave Application: All leave must be requested and approved in advance, except in emergencies.
- Lunch Break is for 30mins as per the Branch Time.
Salary Policy
- Salary Payment: Salaries are paid monthly by the 12th of each month.
- Deductions: Applicable deductions, including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT), will be made as per statutory requirements.
- Allowances: Specific allowances such as travel, phone, or meal allowances may be included depending on the position.
- Minimum 1 year Service Period if not mention.
- No Advance Salary Provided
- Damages or Withheld Property may incur charges to employees
- Salary is based on working Days in specific month
- During the trial period, only 50% salary paid, no leave is allowed.
- Salary is credited to zero balance salary account opened by company.
- Probation period is 3 months.
Notice Period
- Resignation: Two months’ notice period is required, if the employee leaves without notice period then salary will be forfeited.
- Termination by Company: The company may terminate employment by giving 1 month notice depending on the reason.
1. Retention Deduction
- All the employees are eligible for this deduction except for Top Management.
- Deduction will be as per the basic salary as 15k – 25k (1000 deduction every month), 25k & above (2000 deduction).
- Reimbursement of these deductions will be done in April Month (Deduction will be followed as January to December)
Returns & Claims
- Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns will only be accepted if goods are unused, in original condition, and approved by Baheti Group.
Work & Increment
- Job Responsibilities: Employees must perform duties as assigned in their job Description or Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs).
- Work Reassignments: The company reserves the right to modify or reassign tasks based on business needs.
- Performance Expectations: Employees are expected to meet performance standards. Regular performance reviews will be conducted to ensure compliance with job requirements.
- Increment: Annual increments will be done in the month of October and are based on performance, market conditions, and company policies.
- Promotion: Promotions are based on performance, years of service, and contribution to the company’s growth. Promotions are subject to availability and company requirements.
Breach of Contract i.e. Termination Policy
- After resignation and termination, the employee is not eligible to do the same business and work in the company which is related to similar operations till 3 years, if he/she involves in this type of activities it will be called as breach of contract and the company has all the right to take legal actions.
- Reasons for Termination: Employment may be terminated for poor performance, misconduct, breach of company policy, or other valid reasons.
- Notice and Final Settlement: Upon termination, the employee is required to complete the handover process, and final dues will be settled as per company policy.
Ethics and Conduct
- Professionalism: Employees should maintain professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Confidentiality: Employees must keep all company data and trade information confidential.
- Conflict of Interest: Employees must avoid any activities that conflict with the interests of the company.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
- Performance Goals: KRAs will be outlined in the employee’s job description. Employees are expected to meet their targets and actively contribute to the company’s success.
- Regular Reviews: Performance will be reviewed periodically to assess achievement against KRAs.
Hierarchy and Reporting Structure
- Reporting Structure: Employees are to follow the reporting structure as assigned in their role.
- Organizational Hierarchy: The hierarchy ensures a clear line of command and responsibility within the company.
Additional Policies
- Training and Development: The company provides regular training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Health and Safety: Employees must follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
- Dress Code: Professional attire is expected, especially when interacting with clients.
