Design Process
At BAHETI GROUP, we begin with a thorough design process, where we collect all customer specifications—like brand name, address, and preferred pouch sizes—before production begins. This helps avoid errors and rework later. Once the design is finalized, it is sent for client approval, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the next steps.
Cylinder Making Process
In this stage, cylinders are created based on the finalized design, with each cylinder representing one color in the artwork. The number of cylinders depends on the complexity of the design. Once made, these cylinders are ready for use in the printing process and can be stored for future repeat orders, saving clients both time and cost.
Polyester Printing Process
After cylinders are prepared, they are installed in the printing machine, followed by loading transparent polyester film. Printing begins here, with precise detailing to ensure the client’s artwork is reproduced with clarity and color accuracy.
Lamination Process
Next is the lamination stage, where the printed film is laminated with either metallic polyester or LDPE. This layer adds strength, protection, and a premium finish, ensuring durability and longer shelf life of the packaging.
Roll Making Process
Post-lamination, the film is moved to the slitting machine where it’s trimmed and converted into smooth, even rolls. This process ensures there are no sharp edges or excess material, making the rolls ready for final pouch conversion.
Pouch Making Process
In the last phase, the laminated rolls are fed into the pouch-making machine. The machine shapes, seals, and cuts the rolls into finished pouches or bags, which are then packed and dispatched as final products to the client, ready for use in flexible packaging applications.
